►Deepak Sharma-"The man with the GRIT"

Deepak Sharma is a self made man with a strife that spans more than two decades.  Starting very early in life, he has diversified as an entrepreneur and is today associated with many industry including real estate, import & export, hospitality, media, entertainment & Telecom.

It has been the spirit to explore new territories that made him forge Gauri Buildwell & come out with townships under the brand name Gauri Makers Valleey and Gauri  Makers Vivaa city,  something that is directed to giving the middle class their rightful power & position in modern times.  Today he stands as one of the pillars of the real estate conglomerate.  He had completed “Day 2 Day Shopping & Commercial Arcade” ( A Middle segment shopping Mall) at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad & making a marriage halls in Tronica City. To add to this his close association with the masses inspired him to come out with 5 lac flats all over India for EWS, old age homes care centers & hospitals for poor.  Something that emanates out of his vision of providing a humane side to every business.

His venture Gauri Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. a chain of integrated townships, villas, IT Park,  Malls, Group Housing SEZ, Approved Farm House Project, (Hospitals,  Hotels, Marriage Halls, Restaurants  & Education Hub under hospitality sector).   Ware House at National Highway for Storage & Redevelopment projects in metro cities .  He is associated with the Real Estate, Media, Telecom, Hospitality, Power & Overseas Trading & Commodities companies.  Mr. Deepak M Sharma Chairman & MD of Gauri  Buildwell Pvt. Ltd .  is running all group of companies.

The group has cherished and nurture the spirit of creativity and perfection, since its inception nearly 14 years ago.  Attitude that rules all our endeavors and has become a part of our philosophy.  Our  Director is capable to handle  the productivity of  GBL .  She has started her carrier after done her MBA from IMT – Ghaziabad.  She is having an experience in Media & Real Estate.  She believes to provide employment & she motivate and trained  the staff for continual improvement & provide cost effective business and investment solutions.  She is having interest in dancing, music, Painting & GK  Improvement, she has won a lot of prizes for participating for all these competitions on State & National level.

Apart from these activities she is coordinating with DCS, D S Productions, Gauri Vaatikaa & all units & subsidiaries of GBL.  In DCS she is handling the telecom system & over 100 franchisee network of Broad – band in Delhi.  Cable connection from fixed telephone,  50,000 connection of cable, Broad-band & Fixed Telephone under Reliance Communication, Siti Cable .

Her mission to pace up with changing socio economic scenario & global environment with unique comprehensive forays of interest leisure, entertainment & shopping  facilities.  She wish to leave no stone unturned to fulfill the dreams of the residence, recreation, office or shopping, she wants to be present in every sphere live.  She is committed to achieving new landmarks in property development.

►Pawan Kumar Mittal- "Internal Audits, Accounting & Taxation Matter."

He is the Ex – President, Secretary, Treasure & Vice President of Tax Bar Association, Ghaziabad.  Handling the entire taxation, Audit & all legal matters of GBL. He is a founder member of Amar Jagran News View Seva Samiti (Media Broadcasting).  He has done an Advocacy in Taxation at Ghaziabad.  Currently he is studying in organization of the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India ( Bharatpur, Ujjain, M.P.).

He shall prepare and maintain its accounts truly and fairly in accordance with the accounting and financial reporting standards which represent the generally accepted guidelines, principles, laws and regulations of the country in which the Company conducts its business affairs.

Internal accounting and audit procedures shall fairly and accurately reflect all of the Company's business transactions and disposition of assets. All required information shall be accessible to Company’s auditors and other authorised parties and government agencies. There shall be no willful omissions of any company transactions from the books and records.  

Any willful material misrepresentation of and/or misinformation on the financial accounts and reports shall be regarded as a violation of this code, apart from inviting appropriate civil or criminal action under the relevant laws. 

The Board of Directors (BOD) shall oversee the company adherence so ethical and legal standards.  He always needs a proper project management timely completion, budgeted cost,  safe methodology & non – hazards work environment.  He is strongly committed towards the best standards & craftsmanship.

►Col. Satish Shukla- "Director operations"

Col. Satish Shukla, age 56 years is the Director Operations. Col. Shukla is having 36 years of experience. He served in the Indian Army from 1978 to 1999. Post Army career, since 1999 he has held leadership positions in Media, Entertainment, Telecom, Information and Technology and Renewable Energy Cos. His last assignment was as the Director & CEO of a large Media and Entertainment Group at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. He is currently the co-promoter of a Renewable Energy Co involved in large scale deployment of Renewable Energy Plants around India. He is also involved in the Research & Development activities in the field of Renewable Energy and Power Electronics where he jointly holds seven patents.
