Mr. M.L. Pasricha, age 69 years is the Director Construction of the Company. He is Doctor of Science in Architecture (USA). He has done designing work for Multi Story Towers, Group Housing Schemes, Residential Villas, Commercial Complexes and Hotels.

Col. Satish Shukla, age 56 years is the Director Operations. Col. Shukla is having 36 years of experience. He served in the Indian Army from 1978 to 1999. Post Army career, since 1999 he has held leadership positions in Media, Entertainment, Telecom, Information and Technology and Renewable Energy Cos. His last assignment was as the Director & CEO of a large Media and Entertainment Group at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. He is currently the co-promoter of a Renewable Energy Co involved in large scale deployment of Renewable Energy Plants around India. He is also involved in the Research & Development activities in the field of Renewable Energy and Power Electronics where he jointly holds seven patents.
