GAURI BUILDWELL PVT LTD : Gauri Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2005 with the main object of development of real estate. The promoters have taken up following projects:

 

• Day 2 Day Mall, Ghaziabad: The Shopping Mall cum Commercial Arcade has been developed at Indrapuram, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. The total area of the complex is 52,000 sq.ft.  The complex is meant for providing mid segment quality products at affordable prices.

 

• Gauri Makers Valleey, Phase-1: Gauri Makers Valleey is a Residential township being developed on Mumbai-Nashik Highway. This is an approved project with freehold, non agricultural, Residential Apartments.  The township is being developed with all infrastructural facilities including club house, swimming pools, resorts, hospitals, school, solar power plants, Business launge and mini golf course. In the Gauri Makers Valleey , about 30 acres of Residential Apartment is being developed having flats a in the sizes of 400 s.q. ft 1 Bhk, 550 s.q.ft 2 Bhk and 650 s.q. ft 3Bhk. The site is located near Tanshet station.

 

• Gauri  Makers Vivaa city: Gauri Makers Vivaa City is located near Mumbai – Nashik Road (Kasara). In the second phase, about 200 acres of area would be developed with plots in the sizes ranging from 50 sq. yards to 1000 sq. yards.

• Gauri Makers Victory, Nashik: GBPL is developing a Residential Complex ‘Gauri Makers Victory’ at Gangapur road, Nashik on a plot of 5690 sq. meter at Survey No. 66/6 at Gangapur Shiwar, Nashik for the project. The project site is at the prime location in Nashik. Building Plans have been approved for building 13 floors and commencement certificate has been obtained. Total 104 houses to be constructed comprising 52 houses of 2 BHK and 52 houses of 3 BHK.

D S PRODUCTIONS PVT LTD : Deepak M Sharma Chairman & MD of GBL having company under the name of D S Productions Pvt. Ltd. this company is related to  events, Film production, Music distributions. D S Productions Pvt. Ltd. running the following units – DS Music & DS Distribution, DS VIDEO & DS DIGITAL these are all units of D S Productions Pvt. Ltd. , It’s a production house involved in collaborating to make feature films some of which have even hit top charts.  The company is formally being launched as an independent entity  in  2012 with two projects lined up during the same period, of which one is being directed by Raja  R Bundela & Produced by Deepak M Sharma Director of D S Productions Pvt. Ltd. with movie name  “Dil TOH DEWAANA HAI”.  With Starring Hyder Ali Khan (Brother of Aamir Khan),  Sada, Raj Babbar, Zeenat Aman, Sushmita Mukherjee, Alok Nath, Aroon Bakshi, Hemant Pandey, Shabnam Kapoor, Meenu Bhardwaj, Sweta Giri, Mohsin Khan,Gaurav Ghai & Gauri Sharma.
